Why are you passionate about psychedelic-assisted healing?
Psychedelic healing has helped me recover from some of the biggest struggles in my life. My first life-changing psychedelic experience happened while I was working my way out of a suicidal depression. Over the course of one day, on one psychedelic journey, spending time in nature with friends and slowing down, I remembered what it felt like to be me again. I remembered what it felt like to see the world and myself through beautiful rose-colored glasses, to easily laugh and cry and to feel light and unburdened. It was in that moment that I became motivated to help make these medicines available for other people who are struggling
What do you believe is your gift to the universe?
My ability to connect people with opportunities that open doors for them.
Anything else interesting you’d like to share?
I envision a future where our mental and spiritual health are seen equally as important as our physical health. I am determined to do my part in changing the stigma around our mental health, and empower others to embrace the necessary conversations and actions of self-care, reflection and openness to change that I believe are necessary to grow, heal and live happily in the world.
